Instructions: Rewrite the passive voice sentences in active voice by filling in the blanks.

Instructions: Answer the questions in your own words using active voice.

    Possible answer: Active voice makes sentences clearer and more direct because the subject performs the action.

  2. Change this passive sentence to active: "The keys were lost by Mark."
    Answer: Mark lost the keys.
